WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
First of all thank you if you are thinking of booking me or have chosen me as your wedding photographer. This page is here to give an insight into the process of booking, right up to the final steps when you receive your finished photos / album. Hopefully this will answer a lot of questions you may have.

On initial inquiry I will have responded with my availability, along with my wedding photography brochure, with my full price guide included.

When you have decided you are happy to go ahead and secure your wedding date you will choose one of my wedding collections.

A booking fee of £200 secures your date (paid via bank transfer).

I will then send over your contract, receipt & invoice.

Now your wedding is officially booked and your date is in my diary! What happens now...
PRE-BOOKING

If you decide on having an engagement shoot (highly recommended) we will then go ahead and pencil in a suitable date. This is recommended 3-4 months before your wedding day.

Your remaining balance will be due to be paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

2 weeks prior to your wedding date I will forward a pre wedding questionnaire via email. You will fill out details relating to timings, the photos that are important to you etc. It is all online so it is really simple. The purpose of the questionnaire is so that I have a full understanding of timings and what is most important to you both.

Once you have sent the questionnaire back I will give you a phone call on the week of your wedding to run through everything and draw up a photography timeline. This phone call is always on the week leading up to your wedding date. I take each wedding at a time, so the phone call will be carried out when your wedding is my next upcoming wedding.
